Warm Steam Ritual
A gentle stream of warm steam softens and hydrates the skin—setting the tone for the relaxing hour ahead. This opening ritual prepares your complexion to receive treatment and allows each active ingredient to absorb more effectively.
Custom Cleanse
A ZO cleanser is selected to match your skin type and concerns. This step removes impurities, excess oil, and environmental buildup while maintaining the integrity of your skin barrier.
Exfoliating Polish
Ultra-fine magnesium oxide crystals brighten and smooth by sweeping away dull, dead surface cells. Texture instantly feels refined, creating the perfect foundation for deeper exfoliation.
Polish Accelerator
A chemical exfoliation booster amplifies the polish step. It dissolves residual buildup and refines pores, enhancing your glow without irritation.
Enzymatic Peel
Powered by lactic, citric, and glycolic acids, this no-downtime peel gently melts away dead skin cells. Skin appears smoother, softer, and calmer—without visible peeling or recovery time. This optimally prepares the skin for extractions and dermaplaning.

Our RN performs gentle, targeted extractions to release congestion and clear trapped oil and debris. This improves texture, supports clarity, and helps prevent future breakouts.
Dermaplaning
A medical-grade scalpel is gently glided across the skin to remove residual dead skin cells and fine vellus hair. This creates an ultra-smooth, polished surface—enhancing brightness, refining texture, and allowing subsequent treatment steps to penetrate more effectively. Skin immediately feels fresh, luminous, and exceptionally soft. Makeup also lies beautifully afterward with a seamless, airbrushed finish.
Second Steam + Whipped Cleanse Reset
A brief second steam—warm or cool, depending on your skin’s needs—softens the skin post-extractions. A whipped cleanse follows to rebalance pH and remove any sebum expressed from the pores, leaving the skin clean, clarified, and ready for treatment.
Custom Masque Pairing
Up to two ZO masques are selected to target your individual skin goals—clarifying, hydrating, calming, or brightening. Multi-masking allows us to treat different areas with precision for a balanced, refined complexion.
